Ive used them all, and this is by far the cleanest. Love it.

If I could give this -5stars I would! It didnt even work, when ever Id go to open it, itd close immediately... Dont be fooled, this is a rip off.

Easily the best life counter in the AppStore!

Not a bad counter, beats dice in my book.

This is easily the most beautifully designed life counter on the App Store. I REALLY want to love it but there are a few things which drive me crazy. 1. Easily my biggest complaint is this: when you begin a game, the top counter is upside down. This is presumably designed to allow your opponent to also use this app to keep track of their life total along with you. I can think of exactly zero times an opponent would have been all for this arrangement. Plus I dont want to have random strangers at a prerelease all up on my phone. I dont be knowin them like that. Please make both counters default in the upright position and make it an OPTION to flip player 2 around to share. Which brings me to my next complaint: 2. When you enter the names of the players and start a new game, you are always defaulted player 2. Since when is the user player 2? Thats kinda odd. I like to think Im the king of my domain not some player 2 peasant. 3. Its great I can customize the appearance to reflect what colors I and my opponents are playing. Please support more than 2 color combinations. 4. The swipe function is neat but moves the life counter WAY too fast. Ive gone from 13 to 50 by barely flicking it. Theres rarely that dramatic of a life total swing in magic so I think its safe to slow this down a bit. 5. It would be great (but not necessary) if the log feature recorded the changes in life totals as well. Overall well worth a buck. With some minor quality of life improvements could be incredible.

Great App! I use it daily. The sideways view is ideal for vertical stand. The style is minimal and elegant. The best counter app, IMO. Recommendations: - add option for 2+ colors - add option to restart match without going to main screen - add numbers and ability to add/subtract to poison/walker bar and get rid of swiping left/right to view poison/walker counters Cheers!

It needs a way to manage your history. Also it should not say P2/P1 when you add names. You should also add support for 3 or more players.

Great app, however a few key features are missing that I wish were there 1) poison counters as well as EDH- infect still works in commander, too! 2)The ability to JUST show one persons life at a time. Its annoying to have to leave my phone out on the middle of the table, when both of us could be using our own. 3) Win/loss history- it seems like it would be fun to be able to track your win/loss with an opponent and compare that to others in the history. Pretty self-explanatory. 4) If you wanted to make a perfect app, you would create another section for tokens, and another for in game notes such as "1/1 counter on (insert creature)". You could have the user type the token name, stats, and abilities (and at least allow us to save them) or you could create a little menu which would allow us to choose from a variety of tokens to create the ones we need. Just some good ideas to make the best life counter app Ive seen even better, and the ultimate MTG sidekick app. Would be an easy 5 stars.

I think the app has a very good style. As others have said I believe adding a few more color gradients would permit an added variety for more complex decks. The existence of Walker and Elder counters is welcome, but I feel they should be optional. It clunks up the minimalist style. Lastly as the title suggests, the app should recognize the winner between the duelers. All in all, nice application. Very sleek.

Perfect for MtG and its beautiful!

1. Really needs to have a mode where you can I only display your own life points. 2. If you could create a mode where you can link with another iPhone via Bluetooth/Internet so when a score is updated it changes on both screens, and you can view your opponents points as well as yours on both iPhones, this would prevent strangers and even people you know from touching your phone. Some people just dont wash their hands. Thanks!

This game is bad. It is a lot of math and there is no concept to the game WHAT SO EVER

Awesome UI and color gradient customization of decks makes this counter the only one I used now. I donated to the cause because of the last update for iPhone 5 support for on-the-go gaming when I dont have my tablet. This is worth the dollar it costs and I love everything about it, just wish the gradient would be fixed since it sometimes gets buggy when starting a new game from history. ALSO PLEASE ADD IN HISTORY WHO WON THE GAME ONCE THE GAME IS CLEARED PAST 0 LIFE POINTS!!! Then 5 :)

I love this app for its simplicity and design. Literally the only thing I would love to see change is maybe to add a dice that you can use throughout the game. That way you could just grab your magic cards and go.

Nice app, has almost everything.

I love the app but would like to see an east way to "reset" the counters. If I am playing the same person in a best of three, or using multiple different decks it would be nice to reuse the same names but be able to go back and change colors, reset to 20, or re-roll, without effecting the other setting I have already put in place.

We use this counter app every time we play. It operates smoothly and looks great too! The only thing we are hoping for is the option for more than two players at a time. (1v1v1)(2 Headed giant). Other than that we love it!

There are other alternatives to this app, stick to one of those. This certainly isnt anything special. You know for paying a dollar I was hoping for more than a beautiful interface. Such as a poison counter, more player support, next turn button, deck counter (# of cards that remain in each deck after the "next turn" button is pressed or each time you draw a card and document it). Its a decent app that looks very beautiful despite being very bland.

Great app! Needs some sound tho when taking or adding life or dice rolls...also would be nice if it kept a game history
